SOMA San Diego

The world famous, independently owned, music venue, SOMA, was founded as an all-ages dance club in 1986. The first location was in the heart downtown San Diego. In the ’90s SOMA moved to Morena Blvd and now, in it’s third incarnation, can be found on Sports Arena Blvd. The venue has an extensive concert history hosting legendary artists and bands like Eddie Vedder, Stone Temple Pilots, No Doubt, Radiohead, Green Day, Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Blink 182, Dom Kennedy, Chance The Rapper, and Billie Elish to name a few. With an extensive remodel in 2019, join us and continue the 33+ year SOMA concert going history. Events are held in our Sidestage & Mainstage area configurations.
